Ordering
What are research peptides and who are they for?
Research peptides are synthetic compounds sold for laboratory and in vitro research. They are intended for qualified researchers studying peptide interactions, cell signaling and related science. They are not for human or animal consumption under any circumstances.
How do I place an order?
Browse the catalog, add products to your cart and check out. Pay by card or PayPal for the fastest processing, or choose Cash App, Venmo or PayPal send-money and follow the instructions on your confirmation. You'll get an email confirmation right away and a tracking number when your order ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal through secure PayPal checkout, plus Cash App ($BoldResearch), Venmo (@Bold-Research-14) and PayPal send-money (@BrunoM64). For the manual methods, put your order number in the payment note. We never see or store card numbers.
Do you sell kits or only single vials?
We sell single vials, so you can order exactly what your protocol needs without buying a full kit.
Do you have discount codes?
When a promotion is running we announce it in our Telegram community. Enter the code at checkout; the discount is applied before shipping is calculated.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 2 hours of ordering if processing hasn't started. Email support@brlpeptides.com or message us on Telegram with your order number.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping. Every order includes a tracking number by email. We ship within the United States only, with USPS and UPS.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $10.00 per order, shown at checkout before you pay.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to Bold Research Labs or the contents on the outside.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We ship to addresses within the United States only.
Products & handling
How do I know your products are consistent?
We source from two established manufacturers and keep the same suppliers order after order: no batch swapping and no mystery sourcing. Every vial arrives sealed and labeled with the compound and amount. Our Telegram community is a good place to hear from researchers who have ordered from us.
How should research peptides be stored?
Keep lyophilized vials refrigerated at 2–8 °C and away from light, or at −20 °C for long-term storage. Let vials reach room temperature before opening. Read our full storage guide.
Do you sell bacteriostatic water and other supplies?
Yes. We carry bacteriostatic water, sterile acetic acid for peptides that need an acidic diluent, and other lab supplies.
What is your refund policy?
Because of the nature of research compounds, sales are final unless a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Report any issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos. See the full refund policy.
