Bold Research Labs supplies research compounds and chemicals intended only for scientific research, laboratory testing and in vitro studies. All products are sold solely for this purpose.

By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms and warrants that:

• They are a qualified researcher, scientist or licensed professional with the appropriate credentials to handle research compounds
• All purchased compounds will be used solely for legitimate scientific research
• The compounds will not be administered to humans or animals
• They are at least 21 years of age
• They have the knowledge and facilities required to handle research compounds safely
• Their purchase and use comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations

Not FDA approved

None of the products sold by Bold Research Labs have been approved, evaluated or endorsed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory agency. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Bold Research Labs makes no health, medical or therapeutic claims of any kind about any product on this website.

Chemical supplier designation

Bold Research Labs is a chemical supplier and is not a compounding pharmacy, pharmaceutical manufacturer or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Our products are research chemicals, not medications, supplements or pharmaceutical drugs.

Assumption of risk

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the safe handling, storage and use of all products purchased from Bold Research Labs. Bold Research Labs is not liable for any misuse, improper handling, personal injury, property damage or legal consequences arising from the purchase or use of any product.

Bold Research Labs may refuse any order that implies human or animal consumption. Any such order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Agreement to terms: by using the Bold Research Labs website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place orders.

To purchase from Bold Research Labs, you must:

• Be located in a jurisdiction where the purchase of research compounds is legal

2. Research use only

All products are strictly for laboratory research. You agree that purchased compounds will be used solely for research and will not be administered to humans or animals. Any order that implies human or animal use will be cancelled immediately.

3. Ordering and payment

We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal through PayPal checkout, as well as Cash App ($BoldResearch), Venmo (@Bold-Research-14) and PayPal (@BrunoM64). All prices are in USD. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Prices may change without notice, and Bold Research Labs may cancel any order at its discretion.

4. Shipping and delivery

Bold Research Labs ships within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other factors outside our control.

5. Product descriptions

We make every effort to describe products accurately but do not warrant that descriptions are complete, accurate or error-free. Availability, pricing and specifications may change without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bold Research Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased from our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Compliance with laws

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that their purchase and use of research compounds complies with all applicable laws. Bold Research Labs does not provide legal advice and makes no representation about the legality of any product in any jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

Our commitment: we stand behind every order. Please read this policy before ordering.

Eligible situations

We will issue a refund or replacement when:

• Damaged in transit: the product arrives visibly damaged by shipping
• Wrong item shipped: you received a different product than you ordered
• Lost package: the carrier confirms it lost and tracking shows no delivery after 21 days
• Significant quality issue: a verifiable defect reported within 48 hours of delivery

Not eligible

• Change of mind after the order has shipped
• An incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
• Packages refused or not collected by the recipient
• Orders cancelled after processing has begun
• Products that have been opened or used
• Orders where human or animal use is implied or confirmed

How to request a refund

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect product and a short description of the issue. Email support@brlpeptides.com or message us on Telegram. We reply within 1–2 business days.

Refund processing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Replacements ship within 48 hours of approval.

Order cancellations

You can cancel within 2 hours of placing an order if processing hasn't started. Email or message us right away with your order number. Orders that have been packed or shipped can't be cancelled.

Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Destinations

We ship to addresses within the United States only and don't currently ship internationally. We may decline shipments to states or localities where research compound laws are restrictive.

Methods and timeframes

We ship with USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery after shipping:

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Priority shipping: 2–3 business days (contact us before ordering to arrange it)

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is a flat $10.00 per order, shown at checkout before you pay.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to Bold Research Labs or the contents on the outside.

Tracking

We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of your order, contact us.

Shipping issues

If your package is lost, damaged or badly delayed, email support@brlpeptides.com with your order number and tracking number, and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer, and address changes may not be possible once processing has begun.
